About The Position

Patients can receive excellent care in the comfort of their own home with a Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, a member of the home care and Hospice teams, you will aide as a paraprofessional member of the home care and hospice teams who work under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. Use your critical thinking skills in observing patients, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed. Develop and Grow your Career! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Join the Team! Requirements
- One or more years as a Certified Nursing Assistant within the healthcare setting required.
- Valid Driver's License and automobile that is insured in accordance with organizational requirements and is in good order.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
- This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
Nice To Haves
- Ortho or home health aide experience preferred.
- 5 years as a certified nursing assistant with a hospital or ASC preferred.
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing Assistant (CHPNA) preferred.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- High School Diploma is preferred or clinical rotation in nursing school
