About The Position
Description Responsible for: Accurately documents patient visits made using the Rover system Provides safe environment for patient care Demonstrates compliance with agency attendance policy Provides restorative care Provides orientation to new employees Attends monthly in-services to meet required 12 hours per year Maintains confidentiality related to patient’s PHI Principal Accountabilities: 1. Assists patients into and out of bed, automobile, or wheelchair, to lavatory, and up and down stairs. 2. Assists patient to dress, bathe, and groom self, massages patient, and applies preparations and treatments like ointments, alcohol rubs, and heat-lamp stimulation. 3. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certification.
- V alid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record required
