Requirements

• Valid HHA Certificate or CNA License
• Current CPR Certification
• Level II Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB Screening and Physical
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• Compassionate and patient-focused individuals
• Reliable, punctual, and professional caregivers
• Team players who communicate well and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and companionship
• Follow individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
