Details:
Must be available for 8-12 hours (weekdays/weekends)
Locations: North Phoenix, Cave Creek, and surrounding communities

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 months caregiving experience working with seniors. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)
• Must have an Active driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Cellphone with internet access (data not Wi-Fi)
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Current CPR certification
• Fully skilled - able to work with clients on bedrest, Hoyer lift, wheelchair, walker, toileting, bathing, briefs
• Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)
• TB Test
• CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation / Must be able to transport clients in your personal vehicle
• Smartphone with Mobile Data Capability (Wi-Fi-only devices are not accepted)
