Requirements

Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
Full Physical Report and Drug Screening (within past 12 months)
2 professional reference letters (within past 3 years)
Eligibility to work in the United States
Reliability and compassion

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care and meaningful companionship based on each client’s needs
Dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Ambulation around the house
Encouraging exercise and fluids
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Running errands
Transportation to appointments
Companionship and conversation
