Home Health Aide Needed – Long Shifts (12 Hours)
About The Position
Looking for long shifts instead of bouncing between short visits? Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an experienced Home Health Aide available for 12-hour shifts in the Medway area. This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer fewer, longer shifts and want to build consistency with a client over time. We’re transparent about scheduling and focused on matching caregivers with long-hour cases as they become available. You can work full-time, part-time, short shifts, or long hours — we match clients to YOUR schedule. Requirements
- Is available for 12-hour shifts
- Is a certified HHA or CNA
- Has reliable transportation
- Is dependable, patient, and attentive
- Is comfortable providing extended care during long shifts
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Provide companionship and safety supervision
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Observe and report any changes in condition
- Support comfort and independence throughout long shifts
Benefits
- $18–$21/hour + mileage reimbursement
