Requirements
- Valid New York State CHHA certification
- Driver’s license and/or reliable transportation preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States
- COVID-19 vaccination (in accordance with New York State guidelines)
- Minimum of one year of home care experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship
- Assist with daily living activities
- Offer medication reminders
- Support light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Help clients maintain independence, safety, and dignity
