Requirements
- Have 1ā3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
- Lead with patience and show up with consistency
- Can follow a care plan and communicate clearly
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Hold or have worked as an HHA, PCA, or CNA (a plus, not a requirement)
Responsibilities
- Being a familiar, trusted face for a senior who genuinely looks forward to your visits
- Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care with dignity
- Keeping their space tidy and their meals nourishing
- Safely supporting mobility and transfers
- Offering medication reminders and keeping the care team informed
- Driving to appointments or running errands when needed
