Requirements

Valid New York State HHA Certificate (required)
At least 1 year of professional HHA experience
Authorized to work in the United States
Driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within the past 10 years

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Provide personal care and hygiene support
Offer medication reminders in accordance with care plans
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe and clean home environment
