As a Home Health Aide or CNA, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our seniors.

Requirements

Valid HHA or CNA certification (free training and certification programs are available for those not yet certified).
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Providing supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks to ensure clients feel comfortable and cared for.
Promote mobility by encouraging clients to adhere to their prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking.
Carefully assisting in transferring clients from bed to chair, turning and repositioning them as per their care plans, and addressing pressure point care.
Prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs.
Remind clients about their medications.
Provide continence care.
Housekeeping responsibilities, encompassing tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping for those who can drive.
