About The Position
The Home Health Aide plays a critical role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities in their own homes. Requirements
- Current CNA/HHA & LTC certifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- CPR Certification

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients under direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care and to include personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise, safe transfers and other supportive tasks as assigned.
- Appropriately report changes in the patient’s condition.
- Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
- Practice accepted infection control principles.
- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
- Provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
- Provide skills necessary to assist the patient with proper nutrition and adequate fluid intake.
- Promote the agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
