About The Position

Are you a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for longer, stable shifts? We are actively hiring compassionate and dependable HHAs to support clients who need extended care in the comfort of their homes. Requirements

Valid HHA certification (Massachusetts or applicable state)
Previous home care or facility experience preferred
Must be comfortable with long shifts and in-home settings
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass background screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference
Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level
Dependable transportation to reach client locations
Willingness to follow health and safety standards

Nice To Haves

Previous home care or facility experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Prepare and serve meals; assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide companionship and monitor safety
Help with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition
