Requirements
- 1+ year HHA experience
- Valid NYS HHA Certification
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Current physical (within 1 year)
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- MMR immunization (within 10 years)
