Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency serving New York, is currently seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem opportunities in Port Chester and nearby Westchester communities. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who want flexible scheduling, consistent case placement, and the ability to provide meaningful one-on-one care in a supportive environment. Our team focuses on placing caregivers close to home whenever possible, minimizing travel time and helping you maintain a schedule that works for you. Requirements
- Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- Minimum of one year of HHA experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years

- Driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily hygiene
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity while supporting independence
