About The Position
We are hiring a Home Health Aide for the Beaver and surrounding areas who is eager to provide quality care to multiple patients in the comfort of their homes. This role involves visiting several patients throughout the day, providing vital assistance in daily living and personal care, and following individualized care plans to ensure their well-being.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or Home Care Aide.
- Knowledge of basic nutrition, personal hygiene standards, and care protocols.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple clients' homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care tasks to ensure their comfort and dignity.
- Care Plan Execution: Follow and deliver the specific care outlined in the patient’s plan during scheduled home visits throughout the day.
