Requirements
- A current Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, or the ability to pass a Home Health Aide competency test.
- A valid CPR certification or willingness to get CPR certified upon hire.
- The ability to read, follow care plans, and document services accurately.
- A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- someone who is kind, dependable, and compassionate.
Nice To Haves
- Previous HHA experience is a bonus—but not a requirement.
