Mass General Brigham’s Home Hospital program is redefining acute care by bringing hospital-level services directly into the home. In this full-time, 36-hour-per-week role, you’ll work three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM with an every 3rd weekend rotation), providing personal, hands-on care to patients recovering in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Aide (HHA) on our expanding team, you’ll make a meaningful impact while enjoying predictable scheduling and the ability to self-schedule 4–6 weeks in advance. Our patient population is diverse and includes individuals experiencing: Acute, complex medical conditions Heart failure COPD exacerbations Pneumonia Cellulitis Dehydration These patients may require close monitoring, mobility support, assistance with daily personal care, and compassionate presence as they stabilize and recover in the comfort of their own homes. You will support patients across the North Region, including: Beverly, Salem, Peabody, Lynn, Melrose, Medford, Somerville, Lexington, and surrounding communities.
