Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate assignments in New Rochelle and throughout Southern Westchester County. Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA Certification (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional HHA experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years

- Driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care and hygiene support
- Offer medication reminders as directed
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
