Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time.
Responsibilities
- Care for Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
- Provide physical and emotional care to Participants due to illness, injury, or disability.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Run errands.
- Provide transportation if needed.
- Accompany clients to appointments.
- Assist/remind clients with medications.
- Prepare meals.
- Purchase food.
- Provide personal assistance with general living needs, including toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.
