About The Position

Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Full-Time & Part-Time $25.00/hour + $0.55/mile mileage reimbursement 📍 Springfield, VT & Windsor County BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Ability to follow a care plan and work independently

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
Activities of daily living (ADLs)
Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Range of motion exercises
Assistance with ambulation and transfers (including mechanical lifts)
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Provide in-home care services following a plan of care developed by a registered nurse
