SYNERGY HomeCare is Paying $20 up to $25 for a HHA/PCA who can DRIVE in the Westchester Area. We have clients needing care in the following areas Mt. Vernon, White Plains, Yonkers, Eastchester, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Lower Westchester. We are looking for an HHA or Caregiver that can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends. SYNERGY HomeCare of Westchester offers: BASE PAY $20/HOUR WITH PAY UP TO $25/HOUR DEPENDING ON SKILL/ASSIGNMENT/DRIVER Independently owned franchise with a family feeling Team oriented approach PAID SICK TIME WEEKLY PAY SCHEDULE Direct deposit Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and Synergy recognized holidays Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients when possible Employee recognition programs Employee referral bonus program
Requirements
- Successful completion of a thorough background screening
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- Successful completion of 2 professional references
- A medical physical completed within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation.
- Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last year
- Home Health Care Certification(s).
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with ADL's as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Assist with mobility devices
- Assist with medication reminders
- If requested, help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
- Work with Synergy team to make sure your clients are properly cared for
