About The Position

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide personalized in‑home support, including:

Personal hygiene assistance

Light housekeeping

Companionship and emotional support

Meal preparation

Following each patient’s individualized Care Plan

You’ll collaborate closely with our nursing team to ensure exceptional, compassionate care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Clear criminal background check
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
