Requirements
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed) within 30 days of hire
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire
- Comply with all state laws and requirements for driving, provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request (if driving is necessary)
- California Home Health Aide License (Vendor Managed) upon hire (for CA)

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs
