About The Position
At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide compassionate, in-home care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a vital role in supporting patients' quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. The company invites dependable, mission-driven individuals who are passionate about patient care and support to join their team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR certified
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
Nice To Haves
- Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards
