About The Position
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) seeking a rewarding opportunity? Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring experienced Per Diem HHAs to support our valued clients throughout Suffolk County!
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
- Physical exam (within 1 year)
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
