About The Position
Affirmed Home Care – New York’s Premier Concierge Home Care Agency is currently hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) with a valid driver’s license to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes throughout Suffolk County. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Prepare meals and assist with basic household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
