Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to support our private-pay clients throughout New York. We currently have multiple open cases and are onboarding qualified caregivers immediately. Requirements
- Valid New York State CHHA certification
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred
- Compliance with New York State COVID-19 guidelines
- Prior home care experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Offer medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Promote client safety, independence, and dignity in the home
