About The Position
Western Connecticut Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist patients with personal care activities and support their daily living needs. The role includes providing assistance with bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, dressing, and mobility exercises. The Home Health Aide will also be responsible for meal preparation, medication prompts, and monitoring changes in patient conditions. This position requires a CNA license and a driver's license.
