About The Position

Home Health & Personal Care Aides can work anywhere, providing essential support to clients in their daily lives. This position offers competitive pay rates, including $20.00 per hour for general cases, $22.00 per hour for Veteran Affairs cases, and $260.00 per shift for live-in arrangements.

Requirements

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate from an accredited state recognized program
• Completed formal training program
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, independent, and able to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and report vital signs to the supervising nurse
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Escort clients to medical appointments
• Document activities and observations
