What You’ll Do: Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide companionship and emotional support Help with mobility and transfers Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation Monitor and report changes in client condition Follow individualized care plans What We’re Looking For: Must hold a certificate of completion for one of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Home Health Aide ( HHA ) Direct Support Professional ( DSP ) Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong communication skills Ability to travel to client homes Service Area (Major Cities & Towns): Blacksburg, VA and surrounding areas including: Christiansburg, VA Radford, VA Pulaski, VA Dublin, VA Pearisburg, VA Narrows, VA Giles County Montgomery County Let’s Be Real: If you want flexibility, control over your schedule, and the opportunity to help people every day — this is your lane. Requirements
- Must hold a certificate of completion for one of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Home Health Aide ( HHA ) Direct Support Professional ( DSP )
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

- Strong communication skills
