If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual, all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs - YOU'RE THE ONE we're looking for!! 12-hour shifts every other weekend availability
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Work in a team responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
