Looking for an experienced Home Health Aide or CNA for 3rd shift (11p-7a)!! Looking for our next all-star Home Health Aide or CNA with assisted living experience. Requirements

• Must have valid Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) with their activities of daily living.
• Implement resident plans of care.
• Document nursing services.
• Enable residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile.
• Embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
