Requirements
- A valid Florida CNA license or a Home Health Aide certificate from an approved FL training program (not just experience at another company)
- Driver’s license and car insurance
- CPR card
- Social Security card
- Health statement issued within the past 6 months showing you're “free of communicable diseases”
- 3 CEUs: 2-hour Alzheimer’s, 1-hour HIV/AIDS & 2-hourAssistance with Self Administered Medication. (available at c-e-u.com )
