Certified Caregivers Wanted – Private Home Day Shifts (W-2 Role) Now Hiring CNAs & Certified HHAs Across NE Florida – Join Our Team! Looking to make a difference while working with a supportive, professional team? Concierge Care is actively hiring Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for flexible, ongoing daytime shifts in private homes. These are W-2 positions with weekly pay , reliable cases , and no need for personal liability coverage . Service Areas with Immediate Openings: Jacksonville – Northside, Southside, Eastside, Westside Orange Park, Macclenny, Middleburg St. Augustine, Palm Coast, Palatka Surrounding neighborhoods and everything in between Why You’ll Love Working with Us: Weekly Pay : Earn $18–$22/hour based on the case (WEEKLY PAY, W-2) Stable PRN Assignments : Enjoy regular, long-term clients Daytime Shifts Only : Keep your evenings and weekends free Strong Office Support : Our team is here to assist at every step W-2 Employment : No personal insurance needed
Requirements
- A valid Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate issued by an approved Florida school (note: prior agency work without school certification is not accepted)
- Driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Social Security card
- Current CPR certification
- Health clearance from a licensed provider within the last 6 months stating you are free of communicable diseases
- Completion of the following CEUs: 2-hour Alzheimer’s, 1-hour HIV/AIDS & 2-hour Assistance w/ Self Admin Meds (Get all three at c-e-u.com )
- Dementia training as required by Florida Elder Affairs
