Key Responsibilities Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity. Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space. Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse. Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness. Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends. Requirements
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide (HHA) program and certificate is required. Not certified yet? We can help you get there through our HHA school program ❤️
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.
- Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
Responsibilities
