Requirements

• Certified CNA and HHA in the state of Iowa.
• Completion of a federally compliant training program and competency evaluation.
• At least 1 year of experience as an aide in a healthcare or home care setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, compassionate care to patients in their homes.
• Follow physician-directed care plans.
• Help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
