About The Position

As a team member, will provide personal care services to the residents and provide related tasks in accordance with a plan of care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Responsible to care for the resident’s personal hygiene, promote a safe, healthy environment. Education Qualifications: This position will work the following: 80 hours per 2 weeks No Weekends Day Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Requirements

• 1 year Home Health Aide and/or Nursing Assistant Registered experience required unless recently certified.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
• Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program or current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification or the ability to obtain in one month from hire date
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
• Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
