About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in home care is preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Ability to provide specialized care for patients with dementia or memory care needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
• Bilingual
• Driver's License (Required)
• NJ Home Health Aide Certificate (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medication reminders as prescribed
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
