About The Position
Village Caregiving is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care to our clients in the Wauseon area. As an HHA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives, comfort, and independence of those we serve.
Requirements
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Ohio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in clients’ homes
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
- Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with meal preparation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
