About The Position

We are seeking a PART TIME MORNING Home Health Aide for our Assisted Living facility.
Schedule includes: AM shift hours 7:00am - 3:30pm and every other week-end and alternate holiday rotation. 16 HRS A PAY PERIOD

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care and adult day services.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency, accuracy and competency in assistance with medication administration on a consistent basis.
• Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet residents needs.
• Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• The Home Health Aide is a key team member who provides direct personal care to our residents to help esure their dignity and quality of life.
• Under the supervision of a RN the Home Health Aide assists residents to complete activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfering, giving medications and feeding.
