Requirements

MUST HAVE CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE
Be a compassionate, dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA)

Responsibilities

Performs personal care/household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping, hygiene, application and removal of splints etc.) in home/school setting
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide emotional/behavioral support
Follows plan of care
Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
