About The Position

Make a difference one weekend at a time! At Hand N Hand Home Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their homes. Our team is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve, and we are looking for dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. We’re looking for compassionate and dependable Home Healthcare Aides to join our team and provide essential care to seniors in the comfort of their homes. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus.
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support with mobility and transfers
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes.
Assist with basic healthcare tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication reminders.
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
