Requirements

Home Health Aide Certification (HHA)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to care

Responsibilities

Personal Care – Assist with hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care
Emotional Support – Provide companionship and brighten someone's day
Meal Support – Help with meal prep, feeding, and grocery shopping
Light Housekeeping – Keep the home clean, safe, and welcoming
Monitor Well-being – Observe and report changes in health and behavior
Mobility Help – Safely assist with movement and transfers
Promote Health & Safety – Encourage positive habits and support family caregivers
