About The Position
Village Caregiving is looking for compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized in-home care to clients in the Wauseon area . As an HHA, you will play a key role in supporting clients’ independence, safety, and overall well-being while helping them remain comfortably in their own homes.
Requirements
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Ohio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in clients’ homes
Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Follow care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
