We’re currently seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team! Our skilled nurses provide high-quality care and support to pediatric and adult patients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
