We're currently hiring for a day shift in Gloucester (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM) to support a returning higher-level client. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, attentive, and comfortable working in a home environment with a bit of routine and structure.

Position Details:
Location: Gloucester
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Client: Higher-level care needs
Must have reliable transportation

Requirements

• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow routines
• Comfort supporting mobility and walking activities
• Ability to prepare basic, healthy meals
• Comfort working in a home with pets
• Strong time management and professionalism
• Reliable transportation (required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Support safe mobility and transfers (client uses a stand-up rollator)
• Accompany client on short morning walks
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and errands
• Work in a home with a friendly dog
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Respond appropriately in urgent situations
