Requirements
- Active CA Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- Minimum 1 year of patient care experience (Home Health preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care
- Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals; assist with feeding if needed
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Support ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion activities
- Assist with medication self-administration
- Report patient condition changes to the supervising nurse
