About The Position

We are hiring for a part time day position in Newton, MA that will start immediately. New Hire Bonus of $1000 when requirements met. Introduction: We are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, and providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
  • Must fill out and send all required docs within 3 days.
  • Pick up and work the first shift within 7 days of onboarding completion.
  • Work a minimum of 30 hours each week of successful employment with us and receive no compliants.
  • No call outs allowed

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
  • Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
  • Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Other duties as assigned
