About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a male client in his home. This role offers consistent morning hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through high-quality, client-centered care.

Requirements

• Active Home Health Aide certification in New Jersey
• Experience with Hoyer lift transfers or a strong willingness to learn and demonstrate competency with training
• Reliable availability for the full morning shift, including weekends
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Dependability and professionalism in a one-on-one setting

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to support the client’s morning routine
• Assist with safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
• Promote comfort, dignity, and independence in the home
• Follow an individualized care plan and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
