Requirements
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) from a state-recognized training program (HHA certificates must have been used within the last two years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Monitoring and reporting vital signs to the supervising nurse
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Escorting clients to medical appointments or errands
- Documenting care and observations accurately
